A/ You have to complete the registration process again.

A/ No. SINAC does not issue vehicle exception notes.
6. Should I arrive at the time selected for my purchase?
A/ Yes.
7. Does the Protected Wildlife Area have a time limit for the visit?
A/ Some Protected Wild Areas, due to their special characteristics, can be visited for a limited time. To find out if the Protected Wilderness Area you want to visit has an established schedule, check the terms and conditions when purchasing tickets.
8. My company still has prepaid physical tickets. Are they still valid?
A/ Yes, they are still valid. It must be coordinated in advance with the Protected Wild Area.
9. I bought tickets but I will not be able to go to the Protected Wilderness Area. Can I get the money back?
A/ No. SINAC is only responsible as stipulated in the terms and conditions accepted before the purchase.
10. I bought tickets but the Protected Wild Area closed due to an emergency. What should I do?
A/ In the terms and conditions of your purchase you can find a direct mail to request information.
11. Can I bring pets to the Protected Wilderness Area?
A/ No, pets cannot enter the Protected Wild Areas.
